The Bicycle Trails Council of the East Bay is holding its annual Fundraiser at the Grand Lake Theater in Oakland on Wednesday February 11 at 7 PM, featuring the Bay Area Premier of The Rise of Enduro, a glimpse at the history of enduro & the 2014 season for the sport’s top athletes filmed in Europe and Marin
The exclusive Bay Area screening will see racers from the movie and author of Fat Tire Flyer, mountain bike pioneer Charlie Kelly on hand for a Q&A. Charlie will have copies of his book for sale and will be happy to autograph them on site.

This year we have a pretty cool Grand Prize brought to us by The Pedaler Bike shop in El Sobrante: a Specialized Fatboy valued at $2100 with 4.6” tires, 2×10, hydraulic brakes, and a carbon front fork. Other prizes include Charlie Kelly’s new book, Tamarancho/China Camp/Rockville passes with more goodies to come!
Raffle tickets will be available before the event for $5 each or 5 for $20.
Come and celebrate 2-wheeled dirt fun! Guests will include friends from A4B, MCBC, Tamarancho, SVMTB, NorCal, and notable trail builders. The annual event is always a great occasion interact with advocates in the community that help keep trails accessible for all.

Meet and socialize with Bay Area riders at the local watering hole, the Heart and Dagger. (504 Lake Park Ave) for pre-movie drinks starting at 5pm, just a block from the venue.
